ABOUT ME
I work exclusively with women who feel they’ve lost their sense of self, identity, or balance — whether in the swirl of work or in the all-consuming role of motherhood. Many tell me they feel stretched thin, overwhelmed, or unsure where to begin again. They were once active, confident, and connected to themselves, but life has pulled them in so many directions that they no longer recognise the version of themselves they’ve become.
They often arrive thinking the goal is weight loss. But very quickly, they discover something deeper: the desire to feel energised, clear-minded, grounded, and confident — to return to themselves.
I don’t offer quick fixes or “all or nothing” plans. My coaching is rooted in sustainable change — gentle, simple, and realistic. Together, we explore how movement, nutrition, and wellbeing can weave naturally into your everyday life, so that intentional movement doesn’t feel like another task, but becomes a source of strength, clarity, and joy. New habits take root. They become part of you. You become the habit. You become one.

My background blends entrepreneurship, leadership, teaching, and community work. I’ve built and led businesses. I volunteer locally as a women’s running leader because I believe deeply in the power of movement — it is a universal language that brings clarity and confidence at every stage of life.

- This programme is perfect for women who want to change something in their life but feel unsure where to start, are tired of doing it alone, or stuck in a cycle of “trying again on Monday.” Here, you get structure, support, and a space where your well-being finally becomes a priority you can maintain.
- We begin with a free signature call to understand where you are and what kind of support you truly need. From there, we meet for one-toone coaching sessions — creating space for clarity, consistency, and meaningful progress.
- Between sessions, you’re not on your own. I stay connected through WhatsApp check-ins: gentle questions, mood-lifting songs, simple recipes, grounding articles, or small suggestions that help you feel supported and keep you moving in the right direction

I RUN EVERY MONDAY
We’ve all started somewhere. And this can be that place.
- A welcoming, judgment-free space where women from all walks of life come together to move, breathe, and reconnect with themselves.
- These weekly sessions are perfect for women who want to move but don’t know where to start, or who feel intimidated by traditional running clubs. Whether you’re walking, jogging, or taking your very first steps back into movement, this is a place where you can simply show up exactly as you are.
- This class is part of the Merton Council project I’ve been volunteering for since the very beginning — a truly inclusive community designed for every woman, no matter her background, pace, confidence level, or starting point.
- Over time, you’ll build rhythm, confidence, and that quiet inner voice that whispers, “I can do this.” Fresh air, open space, and a group of women moving side by side — simple movement with a big impact.
